I think I'm as happy was my sister was when someone told her she could buy Phentermine without a prescription. Yeah she's put on some extra weight here lately, but I seriously don't think she needs that stuff. She's got some pretty serious health problems. Yep, I'm talking about my sister with Hashimoto's Thyroid Disease, and I just don't think she needs to be taking diet pills for her problems. Her weight gain is a medical problem because of her thyroid. It's not like she just gained all this extra weight all of a sudden for no reason.
Anywho, I'm rambling on when I really need to be getting myself to bed. Goodnight!

You can look at me and easily tell I'm not model material. I'm 5'2" for one, and I don't exactly have the body of a model. I love southern fried food way too much lol! I'll Be Here
We didn't go to Tampa. My friend's sister offered to fly down from New York to help him out. She's bringing along a couple friends and turning it into a vacation, so I don't feel bad about not going. Under the circumstances I just don't think it would be a good idea to drag hubby that far away with his feet still messed up. He's on crutches, but his left foot is still swollen double normal size, and I just want him to stay off it as much as possible.
Anyway, that means I'll have more time to blog this weekend! I'm going to try to get some of my product reviews up. I've got a stack of notes sitting here about some of the products I've tried this week, and I'm also planning to include descriptions of some of the products I'll be giving away next weekend! Possibly Going Out of Town/ Contest Update
Since I don't know what's going to happen this weekend, I'm going to extend my Bath & Body Giveaway until Saturday September 15th. That means you've got an extra week to get your entries in! We were supposed to go out of town that weekend for our anniversary, but that trip has been canceled, so I will run the contest through that weekend.
I got a phone call tonight from a friend asking me to take a weekend trip to Tampa. He's in Iraq, and he needs someone to be at his house when some of his belongings are delivered there from his old house in Oregon. The only problem is he has no family or friends in Tampa. He's moving there because of a job.
Normally in a situation like this, I would be more than happy to go stay at my friends house for the weekend, but this is Tampa! It's almost a 9 hour trip for me. I feel bad saying no, but I just don't know what to do. He's a really great friend, and he'd do anything for me in a heartbeat. I haven't talked to hubby about it yet, but I if we do go this could be a little "recovery" get away for him. He can't really get out and do anything with his broken foot, but we could at least spend the weekend relaxing.

I've been talking about a lot of bath & body products lately, and I decided why should I be the only one to enjoy all these awesome things? I decided to throw a bunch of them together for a huge Informal Critique Bath & Body Giveaway! This stuff is so wonderful that I know you guys will enjoy it. Even my cat can't stay away! As soon as I put the basket together he was all over it! I had such a hard time snapping photos of it because he constantly wanted to sniff everything!

It's time for a Geeky Speaky giveaway again, and Colleen's got some great stuff this month! She's giving away a Phillips 512MB MP3 Player for the grand prize and a Clean DR Screen Cleaning Kit as the booby prize. Both are great prizes that I wouldn't mind getting my hands on. I would really love to win the MP3 player.
Hubby and I both have MP3 players right now, but I've got a Sandisk 512MB and he's got a Sandisk 256MB. Don't get me wrong, I love my Sandisk, but hubby can't stand the fact that his is so small! We use them mainly when we're on the bike, and hubby ends up listening to the same songs over and over. He can't store the variety he would like. Just about every other day he's in here complaining that his MP3 player isn't big enough, and he's got to switch out his playlist again. If I won this Phillips 512MB MP3 player, I could give hubby my Sandisk 512MB, and I would have a brand new one for myself! You didn't really think I would be willing to give him the new one did you?

Cleaning Out My Books
I'm thinking about signing up with a book exchange. I've got tons of books laying around here, and honestly I'm running out of room to put them all. I thought about Ebaying some of them or maybe selling a few on Amazon, but I always have a problem letting go of my books. That's why I've thought about looking into a book exchange program of some sorts. At least I would feel like I was passing it on to someone else who would really like to read it, and I would get something back in the process. Anyone know any really good book exchange programs to use? Preferably free?
I'm also thinking about giving away a few of my books through a blog contest, but considering we all probably like to read different things, I'm not sure how this would work. I'm thinking about making a list of some of the books I have, then running a contest where the winner can choose a number of books from the list. That way participants would be able to see a list of books I've got before they decide to participate. I don't know, it's still just an idea floating around. I'll figure it out later.

I love taking pictures, and even though I don’t have a super awesome camera, I somehow manage to make my cell phone camera work. After all, I purchased my latest cell phone for the quality of the camera over the rest of the features. I’m just a nut when it comes to taking photos. I love to print out my photos to display in frame around the house, and I show them off in my blogs every chance I get. What’s the use of taking photos if I can’t share them, right?My love of pictures might actually help me earn something. I’m no professional photographer, but I’m definitely going to enter one of my photos into this photography contest I just heard about from Picture.com.
