Today I think I discovered one very important thing. If you want to know how to reduce stomach fat it's super easy. Just head to your local university, and see if there are a ton of steps around one of the buildings. After walking up all the umpteen thousand (ok not really) steps at Little John Coliseum I feel like I've lost 10lbs already. I'm so out of shape, and those steps totally kicked my butt. Of course it didn't help that I had to carry the little one up those steps with me, and all 18lbs of her about killed my arm while those steps still have my legs burning hours later!
